This is an Online 8-week program for women who want to cement healthier eating habits, develop a better relationship with food and feel more energetic. Its all about balance, in terms of diet and your attitude to diet. Everything can be eaten in moderation. It would also suit somebody who wants to lose weight but doesn’t necessarily want the pressure of a weekly weigh-in but instead would rather focus on habits and behaviours and achieving a well-balanced diet.
