  • Confused about nutrition but interested and want to learn more 
  • Concerned about certain foods or food groups
  • Got a fussy eater and needs some tips and strategies

  • Assessment of diet in advance (based on a 4-day food diary &  health / nutritional questionnaire)
  • Feedback on diet and nutrition (identify any potential gaps/deficiencies)
  • Provide coaching and a nutrition plan based on your personal goals  
  • Includes my 14-day recipe book
